Kateri Flores moved up to the Bay Area from the City of Beaumont in Southern California with her husband Nick and her two vibrant children Missy and Tony.  She joined our team in April of 2011 as our  front Desk/Public Relations Manager .  She comes from a hotel hospitality background where customer service is a priority.  She enjoys spending time with her family and creating customs greeting cards for friends and family.  So call Kateri today to schedule your appointment.  She will work with you to find an appointment time that fits best with your busy schedule.

Daniel McClelland recently moved back to the bay area after completing his B.S. in Nutrition Science, at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Daniel is the back office assistant, and his position specializes in physiotherapies, patient relations, and assisting Dr. Belusa and Kateri. Daniel has a background in nutrition, as well as sports medicine and fitness training. He is eager to get to know all of Dr. Belusa's patients, and prides himself on his friendlysmile and optimisitc nature. 

Heidi is a native of the Bay Area, born in Oakland. She has two children Danielle and Kaiden. Heidi joined our practice in August 2008 and is currently in charge of patient accounting and insurance billing.

Heidi currently owns and operates an independent insurance billing service when she is not with us. She has over 20 years of insurance billing and accounting experience and graduated from Suisun Valley College with an A.S. in sports medicine.

Heidi has been on all sides of an insurance claim, from patient, to therapist, and auto collision estimator/insurance biller, to medical office manager.
